Process
How an order moves from browse to live URL
Same statuses for every order. Money is meant to stay held until you confirm the page is up, or the publisher rejects before work starts.
Overview
Four statuses
The short version. Detail for each step sits below.
-
Pick a site
Active listings only. Metrics, prices, and rules before you spend.
-
Place the order
Target URL, brief, content type. Price and commission lock.
-
Publish
They accept or reject, then deliver a live URL.
-
Complete
You confirm the page. Escrow releases. We keep commission.
Browse
Open the catalog
Sign in and you see sites marked active. Draft stays with the publisher until they publish the listing.
- On the card: domain, DR, traffic, turnaround, provided price.
- On the detail: RD, language, country, link type, max links, written price, rules.
- Blank metrics mean unknown. Open the live site before big spends.
Order
Place the brief
Provided content or publisher writes. Price and the 10% commission lock on that order. Later fee changes do not rewrite old ones.
- Required: content type and target URL.
- Optional but useful: anchor and brief. Thin briefs get rejected.
- Keep talk on the order thread so the timeline stays in one place.
Provided
You paste the article. Usually the cheaper line.
Publisher writes
Only if the listing shows a written price.
Publish
Decision, then a live URL
They accept or reject. After accept they publish and submit the page. One revision if the brief was missed.
-
1
Pending
Waiting on the publisher. You can cancel here.
-
2
Accept or reject
Reject is for rules, niche, quality, or capacity.
-
3
In progress
Work starts. Talk stays on the order thread.
-
4
Delivered
Live URL is in. Open it and check the link.
-
5
Revision
If the brief was missed, they deliver again.
Admin can move status if something is stuck, but the default path is the two of you.
Complete
Confirm and release
Completed is the release signal. Status history stays on the order.
- Publisher amount goes to them. We keep 10%.
- Disputes stay on the order with a note. Do not reopen the deal in private email.
- Fee language lives in the terms if you need the formal wording.
Buyer confirmed the page. Escrow released. Platform kept 10%.
