Cookie policy

What cookies and similar storage sponsor.ink uses, why we use them, and how you can accept or refuse non-essential ones.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to sponsor.ink, operated by LAN Media Limited (“LAN Media”, “we”, “us”). It sits alongside our privacy policy and terms of service.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you use a website. We also use similar browser storage, such as local storage, for session and preference data. In this policy, “cookies” covers both.

3. How we use cookies

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work. They keep you signed in, protect forms from cross-site request forgery, and remember your cookie choice. You cannot turn these off in the product without breaking login and security.

Optional

If you choose Accept all, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZQX4KZVYN7) to understand traffic and product events such as sign-ups, logins, wallet top-ups, and completed orders. We also load the OpenAI Ads pixel (ID LyD3sroaL1FTFTxSZQ1NRP) to measure advertising performance, including completed registrations and order creation. Both stay off if you choose Necessary only. You can change this later from Cookie settings in the footer.

4. Your choices

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept all cookies or use necessary cookies only. Necessary cookies still run either way. You can change your mind later with the “Cookie settings” control in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser and revisiting.

5. How long they last

Session cookies usually expire when you close the browser or after the session timeout. Preference storage is kept until you clear it or change your choice. Exact lifetimes for any future optional cookies will be listed here when those tools are added.

6. Third parties

Signed-in features and email delivery may involve processors described in the privacy policy. Cloudflare Turnstile may run on forms when enabled, for bot protection. Card and payout processors will be named here and in the privacy policy before payment rails go public.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. For material changes we will notify account holders where reasonable, and may ask for cookie consent again.

8. Contact
